Shipping policy

All local orders are processed shipped within 2-5 business days (These are the days between Satarday through Thursday, and do not include public holidays and weekends)

International orders are also processed shipped within 2-5 business days and the delivery time depends on your location. As an average it will take 10 to 15 business days for your international order to reach you.

In case of any delay in the delivery of your order, please contact us .We will notify you as soon as your order is picked up for delivery/shipping.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

You can make an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, this period is calculated from the date you receive the product(s). Raia bears the full shipping costs if the product is defective or the wrong product or size is sent.

Replaced product will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
Requests for exchange are processed within 72 working hours.

Refunds
Once Raia receives your return Raia will refund what you have paid within 14 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
